Directions to Chippenham
Leave the M11 at Junction 9 and take the A11 towards Newmarket.
A11 merges with A14 3-4 miles before Newmarket .
Keep on the A14 past the Newmarket exit (approx 2-3 miles) until the road
once again splits into A11 and A14. Bear onto the A11.
After approx 1 mile turn left signposted Chippenham. Follow this minor road
for approx 1.5 miles until you reach a junction.
Bear left at the junction and follow the stone wall on your left for approx
three quarters of a mile until you reach the Chippenham village sign.
Almost immediately after the village sign you will see a green double gate
on your left (before a sharp left handed bend) which is the entrance to the
Cricket club.
The meet boozer is the Tharp Arms. Carry on past the entrance to the ground and you’ll see it on your right. They also sell fresh asparagus at the bar.
