Having thrashed us by 9 wickets last year, and scored 235 in 2013, the Emeriti opted for non-aggression this time. The final twenty overs of the match may not have satisfied those looking for quick thrills or anyone seeking a reason for staying alive, but there was fun in abundance throughout the rest of the day, particularly in the pub afterwards (see below).
